Municipal council mombasa primary school – the sign board doesn’t inspire much confidence, hope the school is better. Its one of the public schools where primary education is free.

Figures at Nakummat Likoni - very nice artwork but sometimes I don’t like them, they seem so fakely happy.

  1. Like always I love the post, the bright sun. 2 things , what is the context for the “sewerage materials” sign , who sells them ? Why do they think anyone will want to sell the materials to them. More important , about the trees , I wish more people would realise what a difference trees bring to the mandhari of a place. There is millions acres of roadside land that would be great for tree planting all over Kenya . Trees require little capital and less care, anyways your blog is great I’ll be back for more

  2. thanks for the comment. agree entirely on the trees bit. about the sewerage materials, i have no idea. just thought it was interesting sign to note.
